So I totally had to spread this little tidbit of news. I love mediating, I think it’s absolutely fabulous and I think that everyone should be doing it. Most people think of meditation as this long, boring, quest to reach Nirvana, and it may be just that; but I recently listened to this TED Talk by Andy Puddicombe who knows a whole heck of a lot about this subject and explains how you can meditate with just 10 minutes a day. He even has an app called Headspace which provides you with 10 guided meditation sessions for FREE. I think it’s wonderful for a ton of reasons but don’t take my word for it, watch Andy’s 10 minute TED Talk on why it’s the greatest thing since slice bread. – If you don’t have 10 minutes you need some serious help…lol.
